Very peaceful image, but I think it's too underexposed.

As an arty shot and something different I really like it. Well seen and good to see some imagination.
I think the WB needs sorting out though, the greenish cast doesn't work, and I'd lift the mid-tones a little, as long as you don't lose the inky black water.
