Nice picture I like the angle. IMO the background is a little messy especially with the plug socket.
 
Nice expression but the composition is a bit too central and as Darren noted,the BG could be better.
Nice bright eyes, good emotion :)
 
Cheers chaps, it was just a quick snap while she was in a silly mood but as you say Andrew I liked her eyes in this shot

Any other tips would be appreciated, apart from the background! Focus, white balance, skin tone etc all look ok? I am not hoping to emulate a pro shot as I VERY much an amateur, but there is always opportunities to improve!
 
The light is a little harsh on her forehead and I always like a little more room under her chin but apart from that and the background I thinks its a lovely picture. Do you have any where you are down at her level.
