The right of the background is a little busy and I'd prefer less negative space on the left.
The lighting and focus is great though!

Nice image, the lighting leaves it looking quite warm though which isn't altogether inappropriate. I would, however, cool it down a bit and see if you can bring out more of Pancake's natural colour.
