I think I'm confused too Chicca. Could you let us know what you were after here. Pictures seem to be captured ok, that's one hell of a Walkman though!

The last one for me. But im not sure about the mound in the shot. I like the concept.

Ok, instant reactions were:

No 1 - Would be better without that big box thing, like it in B+W
No 2 - You cut off his feet
No 3 - The big mound of dirt totally draws my eye to it
No 4 - Better with less of the mound, but that bloody big box is in the way again :D

Hope that wasnt too harsh :)

It's his record box, he's a DJ.
I was just wondering if the shots work, they will be possibly be going on a website, but obviously if people think things need removing it's time for another shoot.

Tree roots too distracting,
Angled shots do nothing for me.
How about using the record box perhaps flicking through it in abstarct setting.
If in the shot it should intragal or a prop but seams to detached for me.
I feel using architecture in the shots would work but hey im no expert im just a normal joe in the street.
I liked the manor house but would want to see more in the shots.
Perhaps use 70's concrete architecture.
Sorry if i seam to have gone on a bit no offence meant and i admire your shots.
All the best

No offence taken don't worry :)
I wanted critique and that's what I got. Doing an industrial shoot this coming Sunday, somewhere in Leeds.

Couldn't get more of the building in the shots, as it's a museum in a local park.. and it's surrounded by metal bollards and benches! Grrrrr.
