No2 is the more interesting because of the pose - its maybe a tad soft (dog moving?) but you've got the catch lights in the eyes which is why it works better than No1. I think. Nice bokeh. Always try and focus on the eyes.

But, nice shots both.

I actually like the first one best. It's a more interesting and unusual pose IMO. Two great shots, though

Maybe experiment with some different backgrounds.
