Where you say

There is no bother in trying to use any of my pictures pictures without an agreement.

- 'no bother' is often taken as 'its easy to' - which suggests you're saying its easy or no problem for people to use your images without agreement. Do you mean 'there is no point' or 'please don't bother'...? (Plus you have 'pictures' in twice in a row.)

Two things for me, I take it there is a flash sideshow on the home page as it does not show up for me on an apple mobile device. Ideally you want a non flash alternative.

Secondly the linking to Flickr galleries doesn't look very professional. There are plenty of gallery solutions available.
