Same set up as Part I, shot at 2.5:1

Also what are they!?

This creature was about 1mm wide and about 10mm long

Bugs creepy crawleys is what they are, loosing detail at the back but it's the best place to loose it. Nice.

same with my first set for DOF, made it smaller on purpose to test the sharpness of the recommended F. numbers :)
 
#2 is a springtail (Entomobrya intermedia) Mate, you wanted to find them didn't you? :D Not sure about #1, it could be a type of sawfly larva maybe :shrug:

ahh so thats them....hmmm can you get different kinds?

I wanted the ones that look so sweet :-(
 
So much detail to an insect, never thought to look close before. Really nice shots here again.
