The Chinook picture is great, its entire display was probably the best one I've seen in a few years from it.

Really nice set. Looks a lovely day.
The chinook rocks!! He gets it into some crazy angles!!
Agree with malla about the slower shuuter speeds for choppers. One of mine (from Cosford) was shot at 1/25s!!

Thanks for the comments and feedback.

The Chinook was a great display, the highlight of the show for me.

The helo shots were 1/200 to 1/320s. I could and generally do go lower but at the distance and with rapid movements I played it safe. Thanks for the feedback, always good to get some.

:LOL:Did you get any of the Apache as I was directly into the sun and only got silhouettes...and did you think the music from the Breitling team was like a funeral and annoying

First Chinook one is absolutely first class for me, great angle, dead square and creative crop, love it.

Top set all round but thats my fave by far.

I like the chinook shots, there's enough blur to show movement. I don't think more blur would have improved the shot as the rotors clip the edges, and clipped circles don't look great.
