Finally got to enjoy this rare wee visitor to Ayrshire this morning. What a beautiful wee bird it is too .

perfect - a wonderful spot and a well taken image

a very rare bird to be seen in the UK

(I always wonder if they ever get back to were they came from - presumably N America in this case)

I wonder the same but do hope it can get to where it is supposed to be .

I really like that 1st shot, looks like it`s standing up to you and ruffing it`s feathers and saying, Go on, take your best shot.

You could be right as it has had so many shots taken from others who were all very respectful of it and kept their distance.

I reckon it has become very professional at posing but needs to learn to jump into some nice light. Maybe next time
