Your getting bloody good at this MD (y)

Its just a shame about the blur on the hand though

I dont know if its just me... but it looks rather out of focus to me but with certain bits selectively sharpened like the eyes, lips and parts of the hair.

Could be just my tired eyes!

I didnt see her today, saw loads of would be brides though :D

no seletive sharpening done

just taken on a high iso ran through noiseware.
sharpened resized with little border.

ah well there's always next time

thanks for the comments

Mmmmm Jade Cartright

She's a great model, I think the pose has just caught her wrong there, she looks fantastic straight on :)

hi just checked some info...

iso 800
av 6.7
tv 1/15
125mm with a 18-125 sigma

might help see whats happened with the shot...

Nice shot MD,
The models eyes were lined with silver make up, i thought it looked good.
Did you get to use the radio trigger??????
Dean:)

pity her hand was moving when you took the shot, thats why its blurred..but good effort otherwise..

Nice shot Dave! I have a shed load of this girl, need to fish a few out.

the noise reduction has ruined the shot imho. i'd much prefer to see the grain instead of have this strange outcome where it all looks messed up. Its a great capture and the lighing is good, but the processing has ruined it for me.

I personally like her makeup, she's a gorgeous model :)
About the focus issue... maybe the shutter speed was a bit slow? Were you using a tripod? I have no idea. But my guess would be that, and then combined with the post-processing probably didn't help it either.

no tripod brittany ..
this was basically a snap shot that was taken at a show . the model was there for the main tog who was having a min doing something else. the lighting was tungsten " i think"
i shot in raw at a high iso and very slow shutter.

there was a fair few people around so i was fighting for a position..

i know the shot is not the best but i thought i would post so that anyone else that was going to the show could take there cam if they wanted as there was things / people to shoot..

thanks for the comment..
