Did some shooting at a body building competition today. Very hard work, lighting was difficult but I enjoyed the challenge. I was trying to keep the ISO as low as possible while keeping shutter speeds up.

Here is a picture of my mate who won the U21's.

I used the D300 and 70-200 f/2.8
 
thats some good size for under 21! fair play to him, lot of hard work there. As other post, pictures are spot on (y)
