Ok - here's a small selection. Its bloody tricky catching these guys at all, let alone sharp. I admire the stuff I see here on a regular basis. Here's my efforts - all handheld with a 300mm Canon F/4 on a 30D

I like 2 the best with its soothing colours. Nice backdrops.

thanks - tbh - I was less keen on #2 because of the swimming pool background, so its interesting to hear what others think

you can't tell it's a pool, so not to worry
I like the hornbill, mainly cos you don't see them round here so often as the wagtails!
