Hi Julie
i like the high key elements and can see you have used a frame to advantage
some high key highlights in the bottom right could have been restrained...if possible to locate the head and hand as the prime elements
that included the top right overexposed blanket which is tending to envelope the thumb and index ffinger on the hand
bottom left blanket also could benefit from elimination
cloning and burning can do something for those areas

I like this Julie it conveys a real sense of intimacy and closeness, almost as if your the parent sleeping next to the child.
