Just got a canon 450d last week, before that I was using my wifeys. I don't know what it is I will settle on taking photos of eventually but it's just so easy to go and practice in the garden. I am starting to feel like I need to find an entirely different subject to inspire me already!

These are close up (nifty fifty mm). I'm learning to like the almost abstract effect you can get from a shallow depth.

Nicely composed shots, #2 standing out as the pick of the three (imo) :)
 
I'm keen on 2 & 3, but not so much on no.1. I think it's the OOF flowers in the front that I find distracting. I think if the subject flower was larger, I wouldn't find them so distracting.

Hello, I like number too, mainly because I like dreamy time pics of flowers as well as sharpe shots. :)
