Has anyone brought those cheap ND filters from ebay? If so how are they out in the field and anyone used them on a siggy 10-20mm

I've not tried them but unfortunately when it comes to filters. You get what you pay for. Can't see the point of paying £ooo's for a camera and lens and then ruining the image by putting a crappy filter in front.:shrug:
