I want to buy a ND grad & also a ND filter for the longer exposure 'silky water effect'.
What are the best to buy without breaking the bank?

Limited experience but I found "cheap is rubbish"

My cheap ones should be arriving today so i will post up the results when i get chance.

Often, but not always thats true.

Just to point out, I would prefer the screw on type.

That's what mine are, my Macro shot are using a cheap screw on 4x filter, no macro lens. Have ND+gradutated, UV and polorised comming so plenty of shots to be taken.
