I quite enjoy taking the dog on clifftop walks around the NE Scotland coastline. Last Thursday we walked part of the "Nave Nortrail" starting at Collieston, a lovely wee village on the coast.

When it comes to landscapes, NE Scotland seems to be overlooked in favour of the West coast but it has so much to offer.

oddly as I was looking at the shots I was thinking how I've been to the west quite a few times but I'd like to go to where these are now. :)
 
These are absolutely beautiful! They remind me of Ballybunion in Ireland. I grew up nearby and when I visited a few years ago, i realized what a wonderful place it was and so unique. Keep shooting your marvelous pictures--especially the wide angle, vertical shots of the coastline!
