I use Noiseware (the free edition). It's the best for me, because it's free!

does this give any limitations? as I used one before and it put white grid over my picture etc...

It does that for the free plugin trial.... Download "Noiseware Community Edition". It's a small standalone app, so it adds extra complications if you like to do everything from inside photoshop/lightroom, but I've found it invaluable!

Voted "Other" since I do sometimes use my D70 at high ISO and that IS a bit noisy so benefits from Noiseware Community Edition (the free one). Mostly though, I use my D700 and like Arkady, unless I've gone stupid high on the ISO, no NR is needed beyond what the camera does automatically and even that is set to none on mine.
