Need 5:4 ratio prints

I'm looking for some 13*10 prints for a client. I was planning on using Sam's lab as they appear to offer this option, but the ROES system doesn't show them as an option.

The only reason I offered this size was because of that.

Just close ROES and reopen - it will be there!

Bizarre - you're the first person (including me) to notice it wasn't there...... I use that size myself quite a lot so I can print packs with the same crop...

It's uploading now, but I can't see any option to add a different delivery address. We've relocated so I need to have them sent to Kettering. Can I message you the alternative or will I get that option after upload?
 
Just email - then for future orders you can change your account address (its on the left of the checkout page)
