Hi,

After buying some kit from Focus I now need a new bag, looked at the Kata 3n1-33 at focus but I don't think its gonna be big enough.

Basically I need a bag I can lug around at weddings and can house....

Nikon D700
Nikon D90
70-200 2.8 VRII
24-70 2.8
Tamron 17-50 2.8
50mm Prime
Sb900 an Sb600
Tripod attachement (optional)

Plus all the usual extras, batteries, chargers, cards yada yada yada...

Anyone got any recommendations and good experiences with bags ?

Cheers.

tamrac 5...???

a fellow tog/freind purchased 1 at the show.... loads of room in it.

i've yet to fill mine'

Just got myself a Lowepro Magnum 650 AW Bag, is plenty big enough for me, have 2 Gripped Bodies with lenses (7D with 100-400 & 40D with 24-70), an un-gripped 40D with a 60mm Macro, also a 70-200 F4, Sigma 10-20, Nifty Fifty, 430 EX, 430 EXII, ST-E2 Transmitter, Studio infrared transmitter, Light Meter, cleaning stuff, card, filter etc, and could still squeeze more in. :D

LowePro Flipside 400AW would be my choice unless you prefer a classic shoulder bag in which case I'd recommend the Tamrac Pro 12.

My Flipside currently holds the following:

Gripped 7D with 24-105
Gripped 40D with Sigma 18-50 f2.8
100mm f2.8 macro
10-22mm
Sigma 70-200mm f2.8
85mm f1.8

More than enough room for most eventualities. :)

Hope that helps,
Si
