I am looking for a very simple piece of software that will allow me to simply resize pictures. I know of the small program that used to be in TweakUI but I don't have the right click mouse option (which that uses as it is in the context menus) so I can't use that. I don't need any other graphic options.

Does anybody know of anything?

On Mac OS X you can do it with Automater.

If you are looking for Windows XP there's an image resizer power tool available from Microsoft. No idea about Vista though.
 
I really missed that XP Power Toy when I upgraded to Vista.
Luckily there's something else that does the same job - and it's got extra bells and whistles that are quite useful.

The OS is Windows Server 2003, I can't use the powertweak as it requires right click to bring up the context menu which is disabled (there is a Vista version of the resizer which can be downloaded from the programmers blog site, if I find the link I will post it)

Irfranview and Gimp are great programs but are by a very long margin overkill to just resize an image.

The best I have found to date is, Resize MyPhoto

Not tried it on 2003 yet but on Vista it does what it says on the tin.

Try eazy thumbnail it's very simple and easy.
I tried posting a link but the swear filter cant spell and keeps blocking it.
