Need a cheap P&S recommendation

A friend is looking for a cheap (£100ish) camera for his 12 year old daughter. The criteria he specified were: "Handbag size, good quality, takes video perhaps". Any suggestions as I am clueless?

I just bought this for my 10 year old son

Canon ixus 220HS

Did lots of research and this kept being highly recommended

Seemed perfect for starting out and plenty small enough for a handbag

Really impressed with the camera so far and size is perfect for keeping with you at all times

sony cybershots are defo worth considering
i have a DSC-W150 and a DSC-H70. the H70 could be a bit complex but its still a great camera, the 150 would be best tho
