Need a Complete and Concise Shopping list

Can anyone help?
Ive seen a few on loads of website but none seem to give a complete shopping list.
I would be looking to buy the parts from RS or Maplin.

I came acroos this site whilst trying to do the same, although I have no idea what all them little squiggly things are I do have a mte that does and he sorted all the bits out to put it together, though ive not had time to do it lately.. anyway dont know if this is any use to you http://hiviz.com/tools/triggers/makeown.htm
