I've had a Nissin Di622 which is a very good TTL flash and is within your budget. Mine was the Canon version and is the equivalent of the 430EX with a guide number of 44. Here's a link to the website http://www.nissindigital.com/di622mii.html if you want to have a look. I've just sold the Di622 and gone for the Di866 MkII which is even better, but more expensive.
You might find it easier to get anothjer one of what you've got already though as you already know how to use one so it'll be easier to set up off camera.
