Need a monopod and head

Just purchased a new lens for my Pentax K-5II and am looking to buy a monopod and head to use with it. The lens weight is 5.8kg so am needing something pretty sturdy.

I have one of these As I have moved from Pentax (sorry Mike) it is not used a lot, so could be open to offers.

Gitzo GM5541 and a Wimberley is what I use if I don't use the tripod!
