I am loving my relatively new hobby but I'm a bit frustrated because I want to know it all and i want to know it now :) So, I need to slow down and put some sort of plan in place before the frustration gets the better of me and i go back to world of warcraft! :)

The frustration is coming from my inabilities in the areas of good composition and posing people for portraits. What book/website/course can you recommend to improve my skills in these two areas?

FYI -

I have read Bryan Petersons book Understanding Exposure and my photography has improved dramatically. I am using Manual mode a lot of the time now and my pictures have improved a lot. I am beginning to kick the blown out sky habit I had developed for starters.

I have read strobist 101. This has allowed me to use flash in a way I never could before and I am balancing my light much better so that my fill flash is a lot less obvious and my indoor flash is a lot nicer to look at. I have recently bought Hot Shoe diaries and will read that soon.
