Need help... can u pleasE?

hi all....

i have been asked to take pics of a local rugby present ation.. "stand here with ya medal and smile with a z list rugby star" type of thing..

ok this is where i am lost....

the club want me to sell the pics of the young people with thier medals.... the parents will then pay for the pic on the night and i will print out all the paid ones and leave them at the club house for colection. so....

how you i know what kid is the parents child, who has paid ect...... this is prob a simple answer... but never done it .... any one got any info for me pleasE?....

If you have seperate teams, as in different age groups, simply photograph a board saying the name of the team, before they come up for their presentation. Then when that team has finished if you have an assistant, download into a folder named as that team (age group), if you are alone, then you will have to download when you finish, but be aware a lot of parents will be straight out of there as soon as its all over.

Parents come up, say what they want, and pay you the money.

you then copy that image into a TO PRINT folder, and rename it, as the parents name and childs team.

this will help you manage the rush of parents you will get.

A good way is to get them to fill in a simple order form, and you then check this with your to print folder, include that with the photo so the club know who to give the print to.

something simple along them lines would get you by, until you find a better solution for yourself.

what about take all the pics and have a hour for viewing on the laptop after?.... parents then pick what pic they want of thier child i rename put them in folder of the parents and childs name they pay i pront .. sounds easy .....ha hah thanks....
