need help, D80 or D90

hi,
i was thinking of getting the D80 and a lens off here 2nd hand for around £500, but i'm going away in 5days and just looked at Dixons taxfree to get the D90 and 18-105/vr for £695, should i get it and sell the lens it comes with and then my D40X?? what would you do??

Dunno....a wee search of the completed auctions on Ebay would give you a guide.

the d90 is worth the extra money, ebay the others later, or even keep the D40x as a back up/second body

i could keep the D40X as the 18-105vr goes for around £160ish which i'm happy with cant wait, now do i take it away with me and leave the d40X at home? or ask for home delivery as i dont want 2 camera's with me haha

I got the D300 that way - take you kit bag with lenses and cards etc - buy camera, leave box containing paraphernalia at the airport for collection on return journey and put shiny new D90, battery and charger in your bag Oh, having you kit bag with you also discourages the pushy sales assistants trying to upsell for cards and stuff
