I have just bought a pixma mp560. When I am printing out directly form photoshop I am getting a dark band along the bottom of the print, about 1cm wide.
This changes with orientation, landscape it is on the longest edge, portrait on the shortest edge.
I have printed directly from windows picture viewer and it doesn't happen. Any ideas *** I am puzzled. Cheers guys.
