need help gettting my website up & running

i got the following:

go in to 123 reg control panel and then click your domain i belie there is a option to change the name servers it is very easy
1. log in to 123 reg
2. Select the domain name required then click manage
3. Click change nameservers ( see arrow below )
4. change the name servers to the your own then click change at the bottom and all is done takes upto 48 hours to sort out

As an aside 000webhost will delete your account if it doesn't get enough traffic so make sure that once it's up and running you make a complete backup of it and any databases (you can do it in the 000webhost control panel), then if they do take it down you can put it back straight away. Although I'm sure that you'll have a lot more traffic than I do so it won't be a problem!
