Need help with a bag

Hello,

I am looking to buy a bag for the following:

40d
55-250IS
50mm F1.8
and a kit lens

I'd ideally want some spare room too, for when I start to expand my gear.

There are so many around, from the Lowepro 160 AW, Tamrac System 3 and Hama 140 Pro.

I would also consider a rucsack, maybe a slingshot or something?

The thing is, I'd like the option to have the 40d with 55-250 mounted on it within the bag. It is common for these shoulder bags to have the lens mounted down, with the body on top, LCD screen facing up. I doubt this would work with a telephoto lens?

I have a KATA 3N1-30 that would hold all of the kit you specify and more and have had my D90 with Nik 70-300 attatched safely stowed in it with plenty of room for a longer lens.

That looks like a nice bag. I can't say I really wanted to spend quite that much, but it looks like a decent option.
