As per the title. I shot my first gig last Friday and am just looking for some tips on PPing my images to make them look a little better. I'm just starting to learn LR. So far I have just tried altering the highlights and adding a bit of a vignette.

I have linked an image below which was typical of the lighting. It was a dark venue with some harsh yellow-orange spot lighting which fluctuated (to make matters even more unpredictable).

Any tips appreciated.
Thanks
Tim

Ddi you shoot RAW or Jpeg?

The beauty of Lightroom is that you can make lots of virtual copies to try out different styles (or even use snapshots), the best way to learn what everything does is to experiment...

Theres a couple of dust spots which are easily removed in LR2, as for the colour, I'm not sure I'd alter it much, if you correct it fully it'll look wrong and you'll lose the atmosphere, nice shot. Wayne

I'll try some small adjustments based on your comments. Nothing drastic. Thanks for the feedback and advice.

Craikey, I shoot in RAW.
