Need some sort of strap for lens

Hi, I'm looking for some sort of lens strap or something. I walk about a lot with an ef100-400 and after a few hours my wrists ache. My camera has a strap but I don't like the idea of dangling a heavy lens from camera and strap. Any ideas?

I've just bought one of these and it is superb

You'll find it much easier to carry with a sling strap. They connect straight to the tripod foot so you get the camera balanced and they are comfortable to wear all day with a long lens. I've got a couple of 'Q-Straps' which can be found on ebay or do a search on the forum. There's a lot of different makes out there that do a similar product and they have very varying prices to go with them though. I've not had any problems with my Q-Straps and have carried a gripped Canon 5D3 with a Sigma 150-500 OS all day long, many times, with no problems.
 
Brilliant, thanks guys,, these look much more like it, they attach on the tripod mount bit. I found some last night that tied on elsewhere further down the lens which,,, didn't look too favourable. I'm on the case, thanks!
