Neopan 1600 availability

Lots of the more US inclined film forums like APUG seem to indicate that Neopan 1600 has been discontinued. I'm trying to find out more as I've wanted to buy some to try out - 7dayshop still seems to sell it, and they tend to mark when they have final stocks of a product (nothing indicated).

Does anyone know if it's just a stock shortage thing, or if Neopan 1600 really is another Fuji film to disappear?

A thread on APUG has mentioned it's been hard to get hold of in the US, where they think it has been axed.
Instead of 1600 I used to use Neopan 400 and push it in Tmax developer to 1600. Gave me better results than 1600.
