Neoprene lens covers?

Wheres the best place to get them from? Im after one for my Sigma 300mm f2.8 to help protect it a bit from scratches. Probably want it in realtree or advantage cammo.

I got mine from Warehouse Express, which I doubt will be the cheapest, and IIRC they just supply them for specific Canon and Nikon long lenses.
