thanks everyone, that's probably the best shot from a weeks break in the highlands which included a visit to A&E with a major bad back, still suffering now and disappointed to not have got out much more with the camera.
we went down there on friday specifcally for some sunset shots, and got the timing just right.
i did get some i prefer the composition of, but the sky wasnt quite as good and a little annoyed at myself now for not returning to those shots as the light improved.. anyway...
i'll be back in the summer, hopefully injury free, though the light probably wont be as good.

p.s. my laptop monitor isnt calibrated at all, never mind well, i'm hoping this is a keeper for a canvass print, and hope the above comments suggest it should look good - any thoughts on who to print it?
