This is another one from my 365(366) project that I thought I'd share, as I'm quite pleased with it.. most of the others are a bit rubbish! A picture a day is hard work.

We're trying to clear our garden at the moment, and had some old wood sat on top of this section of grass.. everything else was dead except this one shoot! Had to take a pic :)

Hi there Tom. That's a great shot focus is spot on and a like the depth of field. (y) a 366 now that is a commitment, I'm doing my first 52 and I'm finding that a challenge. Good luck with it.
 
Thank you! I still feel like it's missing... something, like a lot of my shots, but I quite like it anyway. I think the 366 will be a struggle, especially with the dark evenings forcing a lot of desperate rummages in the house to find an interesting macro shot!
 
its in the macro slot definately and quite a simple well titled shot
the whitish area behind...crop or clone
i would favour a crop to make the format fit the subjects proportions

Thanks Geof, I'll try the crop tonight when I get home, I think you're right though getting rid of the white would help it no end.
