So I normally buy second hand but I've managed to get enough cash together and I've treated myself to a new D7200, other than registering it for the warranty is there anything else I should be doing before starting to shoot?

Immediately after posting this I knew someone was going to say charge the battery [emoji23]
 
Other than start saving s few quid a week here and there for your next body in a year or so time there's not all too much you can do bar charge the battery and familiarise yourself with the layout of the buttons and menus :)

Why would I need another body in a year or so??
