This is my first post and I am completely ignorant on this subject so please go easy on me!
I am looking to buy my next camera and haven't really got a clue what to buy. I currently have a an Ixus 40 which I had for a few years and has been a great little camera however, I am looking for the next step.
I don't intend this to be a hobby but rather combine it with my hobbies which include motorsport (bikes) & snow skiing.I was thinking of a bridge type camera as this may give me the versatility I am looking for.
Things which I think are probably important are:-
Price (up to £300)
Good Zoom
Video capability
Size (not too bulky)
Fast Shutter speed
Minimum Shutter lag
All suggestions, recommendations or advice will be greatfully received!
