New camera bag

My GAS has resulted in my Lowepro Flipside 100 offering inadequate space for my camera.

I found the Flipside 100 brand new in a charity store but my two bodies (D90 gripped, and F80 plus at least 5 lenses and accessories) just don't fit. I could of course do the sensible thing and not want to carry everything all the time :-( .

Alternatively, I could look for a larger bag !! Just even if I then should on the Lowepro out would need to be good value to have a hope of getting yet another camera related purchase past the wife ;-)

Any suggestions gratefully received. However as holiday looming I still might have to go away without "everything"

Thank you

Less gear - in your present case, fewer lenses, probably. Discipline can be enlightening - and lightening! To have too many options smacks of obsession. Free yourself!

The Vanguard up-rise bags are discounted at wex just now. The 46 and 48 look quite big!

Other than that how about a Lowepro Vertex 200/300 or a Tamrac Expedition 6/7 ?

I got a Vertex 400 but ended up filling the spaces up!

...you have been warned.... :D

Ok - reduce

Current collection.

D90 (gripped)
F80

18-105 VR DX
28-105 AFD
70-300 G
18-35 Sigma (wide in F80)
50 F1.8

All "slow" lens expect the prime 50 mm.

Odds and ends flash SB800 inseparate case and dropped grip already. Tripods separate. So really it comes down to lenses.

Maybe I have to loose the 18-105 DX but keep the 18-35 mm as that means all the lenses work on both bodies. The 28-105 provides some reach with the 70-300 for extra reach. But that effectively means ive only cut one lens so the 50 mm stays behind as we'll.

In going to have a sleepless night now ;-)
