New laptop required... this one any good ?

I am on the lookout to replace my ageing Acer lappy (3DMark06 score = 193 )

Found something on the Dell website that looks quite good... anything better for the money ?

For general use, photo editing (Elements 9), and the odd online game (although I have an Xbox for that).

Any thoughts ?
Gonna wait until after Christmas - Dell are bound to do a sale.

If you get a chance go and look at one in a store. I thought mine (HP) would be good but the screen has to be at exactly at the right angle for viewing consistently. Going to get an external monitor just for graphics. Apart from that the laptop is great.
