New lens

Bought a new tamron 90mm macro, just the older version but damn it performs for a cheap lens. Loving the way you can compress and isolate details with it and the focus is tack sharp. Just taking some photos with it today and this was pretty much a grab shot of my wee boy while watching telly. He's teething really badly at moment, loved the detail in the near eye but his skin is really bad at the moment from teething so figured it was a good time to practice some retouching as well.

Looks like you have a very nice lens there, very nice shot. I prefer the first as the eye is slightly brighter than the second, maybe just doge the eye slightly to brighten but otherwise a very nice shot.
