This is really interesting now. If that 70-200 f/2.8 OS is anywhere near as good as Canon one (mk1) and costs around £600 then we have a winner! 8-16 will surely look just as attractive, as the 17-50mm OS. If FLD glass makes a big improvement then canikon has a lot to fear. I really want to try that stuff.

Shame the 8-16mm hasn't got improved minimum focus distance over the 10-20mm.
