New Mitsubishi Printer not working

Just recieved my CP9550DW printer, installed the latest vista drivers straight from the Mitsubishi website, and everything looked okay.

Trying to print a photo in Picasa & Windows photo gallery...

Seems to send the data okay, and the data light on the printer flashes, but then stops & no print appears.


Any Tips?

Sounds like what I get when I haven't selected the right paper size. They're very finicky about that.

Thanks Rich, Ive been through every setting I can see on the Printing preferences and changed everything to 6x9...Still nothing!!

I assume both the rolls are fully in the machine and the paper is in the correct rollers? Does it feed paper through if you press the paper feed button?

yes we sorted this thanks! the drivers were the problem - photomart emailed some updates ones for vista and it worked first time. thanks
