New monitor question

Have just taken delivery of a new monitor for use with my PC, but have a question with regard to connecting it.

It comes with 3 options; VGA, DVI-D and Display Port and I was wondering which is the best to use?

Thanks Neil. DVI is most likely as, after a little more research, I don't think the new PC has Display Port. Will find out when it turns up, but I know it definitely has DVI.
