New PC! Not sure what direction to go in

And just to add, I also bought a new Win10 license for £7.70 (bargain), as the old PC still works.

Can I ask where you found this and is it eligible for upgrade to W11 (ie not OEM)?
 
Here is where I got the Win 10 Pro key from. I don't think it is OEM, and as far as I can see I could upgrade to Win 11 if I wanted to.

I thought for £7.70 it was worth any risk. I tried getting it on another site but they were being a bit funny about creating an account. :thinking: I don't think this site needed me to create an account, and it was cheaper than the other one I was looking at. :) I chose to pay by PayPal, just in case. ;) The website is in English, and payment is in £'s, but the confirmation text was in Polish.

Worked fine for me. :)
