This friend called me to say that the new snooker room is finished.
New everything: walls, carpet, light fixtures, bar & fridge (of course!).
New table along with queues & balls and accessories etc.
He said he would like a photo for the club's website. After some talking
to get out his thoughts on what he wants to show and or inspire, we
came up with this idea.
Strangely enough, after visiting the room, I said to my son the list of
the gear we will use: "Please, pack up the D3S (make sure that the
batteries are ok) and trunk #12.
"…but daddy, there are no flashes in there!"
Right, trunk #12 contains only flags!!! I needed 17 of them. The light
fixtures are so strong that no additional light was required… controlling
all the single switched lights was the problem: LEDs, quartz lamps and
what not, on top of the neon lights over the table… all single switched!
— "I didn't think of that!" he said.
Conclusion:
Light source: neon tubes over the table.
Plus 17 flags and most of the snooker club members holding them to
block the rest of the fixtures.
After two hours of work and fun, the fridge was empty but the take was
in the box! This is SOOC except for the 16:9 crop!
