When you view your picture on flickr, click share and use the BBcode and paste that right into your comment and it will show.

Have you tried just dragging and dropping them onto your box where you are typing?

I use Opera and that works fine on there - but be aware of the size limitations - I think it's 1024 pixels on the long side and 350Kb file size.
