New visitors to my garden

Caught these 2 on my feeders today. never had them in the garden before. not great shots as they were shot through the kitchen window.

A little Nutty and a Siskin, you must have a great location for them to visit!

Now you know they visit, you can work on improving the shots.

i live in the countryside but have never ever had them in the garden before. to be honest have never seen them around the area before lol

Ha, alot of people spend alot of time searching and waiting for a Nuthatch so to have them visit your garden is a blessing!

well i will certainly be keeping the feeders topped up. the one of nuthatch not great but am quite pleased with the siskin. now i know what it is hahaha

I see the odd one about in the woods at the end of the garden but they tend not to visit the actual feeders - or at least when i'm about

was really lucky. had just taken a break from editing photos and come down for a cuppa. camera was sat on side in kitchen and he just appeared from nowhere. after i got the pic he made another several visits. am hoping he comes back tomorrow

I dare say now he knows the food is there he will pop back regularly.
