One of the main reasons that I take my 5D out is for the low light / ISO performance at ISO 800/1600.
I previously had a 450D and now a 500D along side my 5D so that I have something lighter to use.
I'm wondering whether a newer xxxD series such as the 550D/600D/650D would have similar performance as the 5D.
Love the IQ on the 5D, but not enough MP as I do like to do some major cropping sometimes.
